Btw you slowed those down on purpose, right? Slow mo it's quite neat cause you get to really see all the little details that the animators threw in there and that would otherwise be too hard to see. I really like going frame by frame looking at how everything flows. That being said I'd really like to see these at normal speed (:

Oh and if anyone remembers something that is funny and would look cool as a gif, please tell us! I kind of want to go back and re-watch everything since I'm sure there are plenty out there, but I guess it'll be faster this way

Funny thing, I did want to slow them down (I usually do, for the reason you stated - it's nice to see the fighting anims that way) but it seems that my gifs are just coming out that slow to begin with. I can't figure out why. I'm using CS2 (old, I know) with no delay... they play at normal speed in the preview, but after I "save for web" they end up playing much slower in my browser.

I don't really mind since like I said, I would've slowed these down anyways - but I did want to make a set at normal speed too. I've tweaked everything I can think of (reducing size, reducing colors, no dither, etc.) but nothing seems to make a difference. I'm still pretty new to making gifs though, so if you have any suggestions, I'm all ears.

Weird. The only time I noticed mine running a tad slower was when I loaded them to IE, but that was an IE thing, they work perfectly in chrome. I'm also a newbie when it comes to making these so I really don't know what to tell you :S
