If Stallone did it, it's not because of not getting any, that's not the primary motivation for rape. Rape is about control and being in power over someone. If he did it, he did it because he could not because of lack of groupies.

I don't see the humor of being sexually assaulted by a person, please elaborate. Is it because in your suggested scenario since Crawford is hot it's not assault, or should one just be glad someone attractive gropes you without consent and it doesn't count as assault cause only uggos can rape?

I don't know that anyone's disputing that.
The woman in question was a minor at the time though, which makes this rape regardless of her consent.

The story about gal godat really saddened me. I liked her so much and I don't want to believe she victim blamed this girl who came to trust her. Like maybe she genuinely thought this girl had consensual sex with her friend's boyfriend and was mad on her friends behalf for being stabbed in the back. But really since some women can be even bigger victim blammers it's not impossible something like this happened. Someone mentioned Gal's cultural background as a possible excuse for her attitude since she is from Israel, but if that is the case does it really absolve her in this case?

You do know that the charges were dropped, right? You do know that WWE put out a statement on being saddened by the loss of a great performer and pioneer of the sport? You do know that there were articles from usa today, fox news, tmz, and others pretty much stating the same? Not only that but unlike Chris Benoit or Hulk Hogan, Jimmy snuka was never blacklisted. He's still listed as a Hall of Famer on the WWE website unlike Hulk Hogan's bs reason for being out of the HOF.
