Saw the 11" OotS figures at Walmart today. They had just been put out. I don't think I'll be picking them up though. Seemed really cheap, bad paint apps etc... Much like the last films jumbo offerings. Kids will surely love 'em though. I hate the way they package them now. The last large TMNT I bought were the 2012 Nick figures which were also packaged like these. Nothing beats the 2K3 window boxes.

Sorry man, I didn't realize Saskatchewan was that delayed. I'm sure you'll have them by the boatload soon. Bebop is my personal favourite of the line.

Saturday Walmart here had the 11" movie turtles on their pallet of toys they had to unbox still. Nothing like the disguised turtles that are showing up in the US now though.
Hopefully a new wave of figures from the Nick line will come out soon too. While I imported some for the kids, it is crazy to think we still never got stuff like Dregg and Mozar here yet or Atilla and Dark Beaver. Now that Dire beaver is coming out in the US maybe we will get them both at the same time. |

Also saw in the action figure isle I saw the new layer movie play set and the new tortuga bros. truck. So heads up some more stuff is touching down |

The toys r us here got the new movie sewer lair. It is $129.99. I didn't get pick it up. I did pick up the 24" Leo play set though cause Walmart had it on clearance for $50. We are gonna give it to our youngest son on his 4th birthday in just over 2 weeks. We are going to go to the new movie as an early birthday gift too as it comes out 3 days before his birthday.
Also the Walmart had the new movie mega blocks stuff in stock. |

I sent an email to Playmates Toys, to which I was redirected to Spin Master, when I inquired as to whether or not our Walmarts would receive the 1990 Classic TMNT Collector figures. I wanted to share the response I received. Ridiculous, that they appear to have zero control over anything and whenever I've inquired with stores, they always say to check with the distributor. Anyone here work for Walmart or know anyone that does? Maybe they could look into it... Otherwise, looks like it'll be a US only release and we'll have to pick them up there.
Response By Email (Jodi) (05/25/2016 05:35 PM) Hi William, Thanks for reaching out. We are the distributor for TMNT toys for Canada. Since we are only the distributor not the manufacturer, we do not have any control over the release dates (if its going to be later or not). I would suggest check Walmart or Toys R Us to see if they are going to get stock on these TMNT. We as the distributor will distribute the TMNT toys to the major retailers like Walmart and Toys R Us. Sincerely, Jodi Spin Master Customer Care If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to give us a call at 1-800-622-8339, Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm EST. lol wow totally moronic. same generic response I believe everyone gets when they email these buttclowns
My Mom works for Walmart but if she'd ask anyone there about this sort of thing, she'd most likely get the same moronic response

I meant to post this Friday when I saw them but never got around to it. While at Walmart I saw that they got a bit more stuff in for the new movie. They got the motorcycles with figures of Bebop and Rocksteady, Leo, and Raph.
Aside from that though they also had a Walmart Exclusive, giant Remote Controlled Skateboarding Mikey. It is $80 so we passed for now. If we were looking for a pricey TMNT item we would have gotten the new movie sewer lair set from toys r us. |

Not a whole lot released lately here in Canada but I have noticed a bit of new movie stuff. Walmart got the 2 pack figures for the OotS movie and also the purple hair variant of Bebop a couple weeks ago.
The store here has a lot of their shelves with the upcoming display layouts taped on the pegs so I am hoping that they are doing a restock with new figures soon. The Nick line has had nothing new since November. Napoleon and Fugitoid are peg warming like crazy. Also on Walmart.ca they have the Secret of the Ooze Classic Collection Donatello in the spin master branded package listed but out of stock so looks like they may try another go with the classic line here. They skipped the 1990 movie turtles so I figured these were not going to happen here but we'll see. http://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/teenage-.../6000195940898 |

Great to see the secret of the ooze figures starting to roll out. I will check here in Moncton soon but may hold off on them as I blew my TMNT budget for a bit. Me and the family today went to the giant Sussex flea market and got some vintage TMNT stuff. Sadly a guy there that had the most TMNT stuff said that the good stuff was picked over yesterday but it was still cool. He was so nice he even gave our son a TMNT fanny pack from 1989 for free.
