Thought it might be best to start an episode guide, I'll keep updating the thread.

Episode 1 - Mystic Mayhem
The turtles discover for the first time that they are not the weirdest things in New York

Episode 2a - Origami Tsunami
The wannabe heroes try to solve the biggest little problem in the city.
Episode 2b - Donnie's Gifts
The Turtles have to fight their bad habits and a mutant chef.

Episode 3a - War and Pizza
The turtles help April throw a not-so-happy birthday party.
Episode 3b - Newsworthy
An anchorman who used to report the news makes headlines when he becomes a mutant-worm.

Episode 4a - Repo Mantis
After learning that the Jupiter Jim moon buggy has been repossessed, the turtles need to do a job to get it back.
Episode 4b - Down with the Sickness
The turtles must endure Splinter's Rat Flu and the seven terrible stages that come with it.

Episode 5a - The Fast and the Furriest
Donnie's newly built Turtle Tank goes missing.
Episode 5b - Mascot Melee
In order to get a birthday gift for Splinter, the turtles have to take on thuggish Times Square mascots.

Episode 6a - Shell in a Cell
Leo unseats Raph's idol as pro wrestling champion of the world.
Episode 6b - Minotaur Maze - October 6th
Beat the mutant maze in 30 minutes or less and the pizza is free

Episode 7 - Bug Busters - Nov 17th
The Turtles Look for away to eliminate New York's Oozescuito problem

Episode 8a - The Longest Fight - October 6th
The Turtles have a hard time watching their idol skateboard while stopping a burglary.
Episode 8b - Hypno! Part Deux! - November 3rd
Hypno-Potamus returns and causes havoc at April's homecoming dance.

Episode 9a - The Gumbus - October 13th
Leo, Mikey and April investigate a mysterious specter haunting a themed supermarket
Episode 9b - Mrs. Cuddles - October 20th
April and the brothers make Raph face his greatest fear. an adorable kids’ TV show bunny.

Episode 10a - Stuck on You - November 10th
After an unfortunate glue accident, the Turtles have to fight a whole host of villains.
Episode 10b - Al Be Back - December 2nd
The Turtles' first public musical gig is interrupted by Albearto and his animatronic army.

Episode 11a - The Purple Jacket - January 26th
An evil tech club lures Donnie with the promise of a gorgeous purple jacket
Episode 11b - Pizza Pit - February 2nd
It’s Pizza Week, the greatest week of the year, but the Turtles’ favourite pizza joints keep getting taken out.

Episode 12a - Smart Lair - February 9th
Donnie's new artificial intelligence invention takes over the lair, and life isn't all pizza and back rubs for Raph, Mikey and Leo.
Episode 12b - Hot Soup: The Game - February 16th
Mikey goes on a mission to retrieve a Lou Jitsu Video game.

Episode 13 - The Evil League of Mutants - Janurary 19th
Baron Draxum assembles a league of villains to defeat the Turtles.

Episode 14a - Late Fee - February 23rd
The Simple task of returning a single DVD is complicated by endless craziness in New York.
Episode 14b - Bullhop - March 2nd
The Turtles try to help a down-and-out mutant.

Episode 15a - Mind Meld - March 9th
Donnie 'enhances' his brothers' intelligence, which goes too far.
Episode 15b - Nothing But Truffle - March 16th
A bizarre transformation turns Mikey and Meat Sweats into BFFs.

Episode 16 - Shadow of Evil - April 20th
As the Turtles try to lure Baron Draxum out, Splinter tries to get to the bottom of odd goings-on at April's new job.

Leo loses his brothers in a portal and must venture to the mystic Hidden City to save them.
