Well, I'm watching it later, but I know its airing right now.

So magic hats. He was going to make the school disappear with magic hats scattered around the school, and we didn't even know about this until April found one and gathered them up. I know, I know... writing any build up to this or any actual struggle to stop the mad hippo is too hard in 2018.

If this guy actually has real powers to make the school disappear into some limbo permanently, why even feel competitive with another magician who is just some illusionist.

My feeling on this one summed up: Snore...

Ultimately, not a whole lot even happened in this one. Leo and Raph barely get the chance to do much. Their screen time is limited and what they get to do that might actually matter is brief.

It's kind of a shame that since this takes place during the Donnie/Mikey ep, which was actually focused on them the entire time, this one is an April ep with Leo and Raph as just mildly involved supporting cast.

Well, I can understand since she seemed to be working to recruit the other students. I mean, in that case they could have thrown in some kind of interesting twist such as she being Hypno's daughter.

Other than making them helpless so they didn't stop him, what was the point of the "zombie" students in the first place? If he just wanted to make a high school disappear, he could have just broken in (if necessary) when no one was there and avoided any obstacles in the first place.

It's not like he seemed to have any actual plans for the students.

I didn't think much of this episode, it was nice to see a Raph Leo team up but there wasn't enough of them.

I actually didn't mind this episode. The Leo and Raph bits were minor but they were a bit amusing.

So apparently this episode was meant to take place during "Repo Mantis" because when April called Donetello it showed him working on something with a bunch of puppies in the background (thus explaining his and Mikey's absence during this episode). The problem is that this means we've got another episode that's out of order and not just airing wise but production as well.
