Unfortunately, I didn't take a "before" picture, but its fur was fairly yellowed.

That little thing is very dear to me, so I'm glad to see it fairly clean
Cool story. I love finding old stuff and cleaning it up. Especially if I have sentimental attachments to it. Good save with this one.

Well, I've always known where it was; I was just reorganizing some stuff (ie keeping everything that wasn't given to me by my ex-boyfriend and was with me through my childhood), and my mom decided to wash it.

Well that dalmation pup is definitely an oldie, think my sister had a similar one.

Yesterday at work I was shocked, so to speak, to find that not only was the new guy there working the second floor, but also got to catch up with a co-worker I hadn't seen for a while. So used to (and tired of) working alone up there, and yesterday we had three of us?? Wow, how'd that happen?

Tomorrow should also work out fine with taking my car to get looked at for the estimate of the damage to get fixed. Got my block of work hours shifted up by a couple of hours. Manager also gave me her number to text or call her if by chance it looks like I could still end up late, that way she'll know and it won't count against me. Why can't all managers be this awesome.

That pup looks adorable. I have a few plush pups from that movie as it has always been a favorite of mine.

Happy maker: Posting another chapter of a fan fic makes me very happy.

Making me happy- today I was at WalMart and saw that they have started putting out the Halloween stuff! So I got a head start on this year's decorating ideas, bought a couple of skeketal critters, a rat and a bat. I will be using them in my spiderweb display like the cat sleleton I got last year. Since I have two giant spiders I can do both bushes this year, and I also found some creepy-crawlies like scorpions and centipedes, and a couple more fence pieces for my cemetery. I plan to pick up a few more skulls and bones and some more headstones to add in. So much fun! I love decorating for Halloween so seeing all the great stuff they have made my day!

Yeah, that is a good thing for those who want to get to decorating early so that's awesome for you.

Happy maker: Reading a good book series.

Thanks to a temporary chiller (whatever that is) hooked up today, work is finally a far more reasonable temperature again, thank god. The heat the last few days was brutal.

I saw my cousin's ultrasound for her pregnancy; we're thinking the baby is due February 1, and it's a boy.

Two things that do not surprise me from that side of the family . Boys and February birthdays.

Hoe pants.

That's what the customer with not the best grip on English called them she was trying to ask me where she might find - what I think she actually meant - pantyhose. Gave me a chuckle for a little while.

Then I was moving a big rolling rack packed with infant/toddler clothing and peeking through just trying to see where I'm going, making sure I'm not going to run into anything or anyone. This man coming in my direction started teasing saying "I can still see you!" Kidding about me hiding behind the clothing. *sigh* My dad would have kidded someone like that...

Congrats on your cousin's pregnancy, Utrommaniac. It will be born the day before my birthday.

Happy maker: That Dad is back in the rehab center for at least ten to twenty days and hopefully we can finally get some rest and get online as we haven't been able to do anything since he came home.

Two days off of work in a row, which rarely happens. And found the second TMNT 2016 'step into reading' book. (Has B&R on the cover and loosely covers the plane/river scene.)

Dad's out of the hospital and back at the rehab center. Really hoping they give him twenty days there before he has to come home. Also happy that Chicago Med premieres tonight.
