lol I'm not about to have religion credit, but at least for her and the customer's sake standing her ground and acting unafraid worked with that guy.
Who knows... maybe it was also a fake gun and he felt he was out of options if intimation wasn't working.  Wonder how he'd have responded if she firmly told him "Sir, I am with a customer. I will be with you shortly." and left him waiting. *hits panic button in the meantime* lol |
