Maybe thats part of the delay with the other figures, fixing what so many people have said was/is wrong with Leo... but uodates would be great. My LCS also ordered a few sets of Mousers and no reply on those yet.... Limbo is fun.

No Playmates has nothing to do with this. Mondo has the license to produce this style of 1/6 scale turtles. I'm betting they are trying to fix some QC issues with the figures.

When these figures were first announced I decided not to buy them because:
1. My NECA Mirages were perfect. No need to re purchase what I have.
2. I don't collect 1/6 scale
3. High price
4. I correctly guessed that this was not a company well versed in action figure production, and problems would be rife. Really glad I trusted my instinct on these. Feel bad for those that bought em but hey, at least they are offering refunds.

I've unfortunately never read tmnt, so my guess would be way off.

For any of you wanting a refund, I emailed mondo about the issue this morning. I got a reply within hrs, I asked for a refund and it literally took 5 minutes. They'll send the funds to your PayPal.

I just had the same experience, was refunded to PayPal within minutes. One (3?) less thing to worry about.

Happy to report mondo came through pretty quickly.

refund will be back on the card in 3 or so days.

helped bring the current bill down a bit at least and one less thing to keep track of.

i still find it strange all these tmnt things are getting delayed though that are toy related. conspiracy angle goes up

i just cancelled my exclusives as well. Mondo was quick with the refund.

I'm kinda confident for my exclusive Raph as well ... as long as they make sure they won't take too long updating my address when I write to them in case I do move before Raph's in transit.

Mondo customer service did a really nice job on refunding these. I parted out my regular version leonardo and still have the exclusive. At this point, I'm not really wanting to lose money on it so I'll just probably keep it around for a while lol.
