Baxter Stockman Immortalized in Plastic!!
We have some good news for all you fans of the eccentric scientist Dr. Baxter Stockman. Rumored to be in the works thanks to fan demand, we've had a couple confirmations that the figure was on the way. Playmates at Toy Fair told several Toy Websites that Baxter Stockman was on the slate for this year.
And according to an E-Mail from Playmates Customer Service, he should be available in July/August of 2004. That is subject to change however, so don't consider it written in stone. No word on which of the numerous versions of Baxter will be tapped for the toy. Since he's had so many unique looks. Normal, Eyepatch, Wheelchair w/ Neckbrace and Robohand, Eyepiece w/ Exo-Suit, Spider Body, and Utrom Body Suit. Hopefully we'll get some word soon. I'm hoping just for a normal version myself, maybe with interchangable normal and eyepatch heads. Now let's all hope that this doesn't go to Baxter's head. [Thanks to rayfillet101 for the News]

Awesome, thats gonna be a good one. I like your idea of the original baxter with a interchangable eye piece.

Maybe they didn't want to release a Baxter character until he had somewhat stopped changing his form from every episode. Now that he has an exosuit, he'll be easier to make (just snacth an utom suit) and add a black head and maybe a spider body as an accessory

i aggree....it's about time....i think they have several ways they could go...normal baxter with interchangeable heads and a spider body accessory...the exco suit could be another toy entirely...heck u could pop a utrom in there...and they could just make sure that the baxter head can fit in the utrom excoskeleton...maybe even give baxter his "futurerama"-esque head jar as an accesory...who knows....but i know i've been waithing for baxter since he appeared on the show....and i'd love to pick him up....finally

How about original Fly-boy Baxter? *grins* Err, sorry, went classic. :p The Best way would be to have a head with several different body accesory pieces.

That`s great.
He`s a very interesting character, and I like him very much. What`s with a Shredder Actionfigure with the gangster-utrom in it? That`ll be great.... |

hearing about a redesigned baxter is definetly good news...and like somebody else has said, he is a real interesting character. it will be great to see where he goes from here. its hard to believe that there isnt already a figure of him (or two). he's been around since the beginning

Why? You don't find it funny? I was just impersonating Wayne Campbell. Sorry if you don't like it. I'll try to contain myself.
