I think they'll wait on the disguise turtles for a while. They seem to want to stay away from stuff NECA is doing for the most part. Personally, I'd love to see them do the whole original line.

There will be a turtle in every wave of TMNT Ultimates. Same goes for the ReActions.

I still think (or hope) we'll get a wave without a variant. This is arguably the best time for them to do it as they've just completed the four and interest is strong so they don't need a turtle in there to try and boost sales. Especially with characters like Krang, Rat King, Leatherhead, etc, still available to anchor the wave.
Hopefully we'll find out soon enough. And it's April! Let's see the new look for April |

In terms of turtle releases, the TMNT Ultimates line follows the ReAction line closely, so Raph, The Space Cadet or Don, The Undercover Turtle will be in wave 5.

Wave 1 ReAction Turtles (2019)
- Raphael - Leonardo Wave 1 TMNT Ultimates Turtle - Raphael Wave 2 TMNT Ultimates Turtle - Leonardo Wave 1 ReAction Turtles (2020) - Michelangelo - Donatello Wave 3 TMNT Ultimates Turtle - Michelangelo Wave 4 TMNT Ultimates Turtle - Donatello Brian Flynn once said in an interview that we could look to the TMNT ReAction line to see where the Ultimates line is headed. The turtle variants are on the way. Last edited by mikey0; 04-06-2021 at 08:13 PM. |

On the way, yes. Definitely absolutely positively in Wave 5 like you said? I really doubt it (and thank goodness).

When I ordered mine it was free shipping on orders over $75.00. If you can combine it with something else that helps.

Wait, really? I thought Entertainment Earth didn't do that for pre-orders and only for in-stock items.

remember a few months ago when i said super7 should speed up their tmnt ultimates releases because NECA was going to eat their lunch? well...
NECA is eating their lunch. they've got a steady flow of TMNT figures–many times more than super7. and they're all selling out. what a shame, i really like this super7 line. i really think they need to speed up. i know it's an unpopular opinion around here, but the NECA success and sales numbers paint a very different picture. and where the hell is wave 3?! |

I don't think you should see it as a competition. NECA can do what it wants, it's a different company with different strategies. It is not a One winner/One looser situation.
