Pretty damn cool seeing it come to life. The sculpts look good. I just hope this means they are really blowing the doors off the license. The original line-up of toon figures were cool, but I'm way over them and haven't even purchased one. I'd like to see more focus on the comics.

I really would, too. I would love to see the Mirage line expanded. I would also love to see an Archie line.

Hopefully these aren't a pain in the ass to find. "SOME STORES MAY HAVE STOCK BEFORE DATE", this can be a good or bad thing.

It sounds like the only way to get the accessory pack is if you buy the bundle online?

The description says you can get it with the online bundle or at Target for $24.99.

I still can't believe that the actor playing Shredder, while harassing the audience, said something like, "Hey, kid. Is that your mom? How would she like a one-way ticket to my Technodrome?"

The COOTS figures are perfect. Some of the best that NECA has to offer. Makes me forget about that atrocious Target 2-Pack line almost instantly.

There is no doubt in my mind an "Urban Legends"/Image set would sell out just as fast as this. It would be too cool not to.

This is really cool, but it absolutely whets my appetite more for other potential box-sets. They are putting so much care and love into versions of the franchise that I'm not so interested in these days and it's a bit painful to feel so close and yet so far. Still, I probably shouldn't even ask for more after how great the 1990 movie figures turned out.

I don't resent Coming Out Of Our Shells figures existing but we get these but no 2003 show based figures???

I'm not totally in the know, but I'm seeing a lot of requests for 2k3 TMNT in response to this, whether that is here or other parts of the web. Sounds like Randy has already said no, but when has that not been the case while they are promoting something new? Seems like it could be possible.

It's hard for me to imagine what the sculpts would actually look like, but that does excite me. I'd be curious to hear any ideas people might have that would make the 2k3 figures special beyond just the 2k3 sculpt.

NECA should stay away from animated properties. Movie characters, video game characters, comic book characters, live musical tour, and live action TV show characters are their strong suit.

DreamEX should cover the 2k3 cartoon. They would do a far better job.

Heh, yeah, Randy has straight up lied so many times regarding turtles alone that I've lost count. Times when you 100% know something was actually in development, and he said "no, not happening" to not distract from what they were currently selling.

Some would call it good business, but it's short lived good business. Just makes people not believe you long term.

Seeing DreamEx go deep on something like the 2k3 line would be stellar!

The TMNT figures Dreamex released were clearly inspired by the '03 show but with elements of the Fred Wolf show and movies thrown in. Based on that I have little doubt they'd make good ones.

As long as someone makes good quality '03 figures I'll be down for it. Just the main players of the show and if they do well go from there. I mean I doubt many would be clamoring for Super Turtles or Same As It Never Was variants but I'm sure more people would be interested in those than Coming Out Of Our Shells turtles.
