When you find TMNT accessories in colors that don't match any TMNT releases, odds are it's from "Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad", a live-action show in the vein of Ultraman, Super Sentai, etc, that Playmates did toys for. As you can see, all his included weapons are from various turtle toys!

Your piece came with Kilokhan, who happens to look a lot like shredder.

My brother and I had this exact style mask growing up.I had Mikey and he had Don.We got it from Kmart I'm guessing in 1991 but the masks were made in 1988. There are straight rowed teeth versions of this mask as well. What you have here I call The "figure eight snarling teeth" were painted in this way originally,not markered in. The nose holes and the center mouth hole were modifications made on your Raph mask tho...I know it's 10 years later but I'd be interested in buying it from you if you still have it.Or if anyone else has any of the "figure 8 teeth" version I'm looking for all 4 turtles and a Don "straight row teeth" version as well.
