When do the Loot Crate boxes come out?

I looked I was charged 54.95 on 3-11-20 and again on 7-1-20. I had also signed up for the 3 crates recurring.

It appears I was charged twice. My wife works at the bank I use so I had her look back through my account and I was charged 54.95 on 3-11 and on 7-1. Which is weird because my order confirmation email from 3-11 says I was charged 58.80 after tax. I emailed customer service and am awaiting a reply. It was so long ago that if I hadn't seen Bluelightsaber's post I wouldn't have questioned it. Could it maybe be the payment for the second arcade theme crate?

on my order, in my account, it only shows two of the three boxes with estimated times of delivery, is this the same for everyone else that ordered the three crates?

Well this response is a little hard to understand, but It appears the 7-1-20 billing was for crate 2???

I was able to place an order today for the 3 crates TMNT with bonus on their website even though it says soldout at the top. Got a confirmation email and everything. Says it will come in late September. I hope this wasn't a mistake on their site and I truly get these.
