Stan Sakai Sketch
Typically I don't sell my sketches, but since I bought the exact same sketch twice (kind of a funny story), I would like to sell one of them off. I'm looking to setup a commission with another TMNT artist.
For sale is a Stan Sakai Usagi sketch. Looking to get $80 for it. Please PM me with any questions. The size is slightly smaller than a comic book. |

Was this the one you got in Boston last year? I think I saw Stan sketching that live as I waited in line for him to sign stuff. How'd you wind up with 2 of the same sketch?

Good question! I asked if he was doing commissions, and he said yes. I paid and asked for a Leo sketch, but he had already started the Usagi. Sooo, I got the exact same sketch from the year before.
If you know me, you know I don't sell my artwork, let alone post it. Since this is identical to another piece, I'm okay with selling it, especially since it will clear up some cash for another piece of art. Next time I'll set up an actual commission before hand. |

Aww what a bummer. Stan's such a nice dude I'm sure he would've understood the mistake and been able to sell that usagi to someone else there, but I can totally understand not wanting to say anything. Best of luck selling it.

Yeah, honestly, I feel kind of crappy doing it. I've never sold any of the art I've been lucky enough to get. I may just end up keeping it.
