Oh please. We're gonna complain about voices now.

Anyone who can do decent voice acting is good enough. Nobody gave a second thought who did the voices for cartoons when we were kids. No one kept track.

What I wanted to say though I hope this gets a good toyline. I don't recall a lot of actual toys. Looking through ebay I only see minifigs, plushies and general stuff like books or puzzles.

I had some plushies and books (I still have one) but I'd like legitimate action figures and sets. Legos would be awesome. They have the Disney license.

It was two different pages. I commented on the person who posted an overly large picture causeing the rest of the comments to shrink to half the page then went back and read the reast of the thread/comments. Kinda makes it difficult to multi quote. But go ahead and be a dick

I may not agree with Powder, but last I checked there wasn't a rule in this thread against raising a complaint so I don't know why you should be getting so bent outta shape.

If he dislikes the cast, it's his opinion and he has every right to voice it.

Heads are the same but there are pretty distinguishable differences in their hair and clothing (not just the red, blue and green versions that look the same outside of the different colors).
If it is fan art then why is it on the imdb page?

Because anyone can edit imdb. It's fan art. They haven't released anything Beagle Boy related yet.

At it again, eh Powder?

Where's CyberCubed? I'm surprised he's not in this thread doing the same thing.

Have you ever tried to actually edit something on IMDB? It's a nightmare!

100% wrong.

this is disney stunt casting at it's finest. real voice actors need to go on strike or something.

One of the most tiresome things about internet culture these days. demeaning peoples opinions just because thy happen to be of the 'negative' variety.

believe it or not, there is an entire website created just because people spent their youth paying attention or tracking voices. that is one reason why this ducktales cast is so lackluster in star power and or talent...

This isn't miccuci or tennant's first rodeo. Also the idea that anyone is intitled to a job just because they have done it in the past is ludicrous.

who said anything like entitled?

People like Kevin Michael Richardson and Tara Strong and Rob Paulsen have been around for so long cause they have actual talent and develop a following.

The only person i've heard of in this cast is dr.who, but apparently the others are all SNL celebrities. what I've seen of SNL lately doesn't really announce talent.

Back in the day, people used to give these type of flagship shows to people they trusted and knew could do a good job. these days, it's all stunt casting..first in movies, and now in tv shows it seems.

the cast could be good. but i'd feel better if it had voices that i trust in it..

Well then pull your head out of the sand cause they've all been around for a while now. Just because you don't know them doesn't mean others don't.

In order of fame/skill it would probably be tennant, micucci/schwarts puddi/moynihan bennett (who had a national tv ad before he got tapped for snl. The only person didn't know was the chick who is playing mrs beakley. I highly doubt she got cast for her star power.

Also you can't complain about stunt casting and then say you've never heard of them.

Toks Olagundoye recently gained a following from starring in the last few seasons of ABC's Castle and The Neighbors. I enjoyed her on Castle, no idea how good she is at difference voices though. Casting her as Mrs. Beakley is an interesting choice.

Castle was my ex's favorite show. Stopped watching it after we broke up. Left a bad taete in my mouth. She hadn't joined the cast yet. And I only caught a couple episodes of neighbors.

I don't even know who most of the cast are. I just know Tennant (Doctor Who), Olagundoye (Castle) and Micucci (Scrubs & The Big Bang Theory).

I can relate to that. Toks played a fun character, she brought a lot of humerous, light-hearted moments to the show with a great English accent. Wonder if she'll use it for DuckTales?

You've heard Micucci's voice work if you've been watching the Nick series.
She's the voice of Irma, prior to the Kraang Sub-Prime twist.

Tennant is Honeycutt, the Fugitoid.

Danny Pudi was on Community as Abed, and Ben Schwartz is Jon Ralphio on Parks and Rec...and also did some voice consultation for BB-8 in The Force Awakens.

Donald appears to be voiced by the same guy who does his voice in the Kingdom Hearts games, so there's your veteran voice talent.

I recognized Bobby Moynihan (Huey, Dewey, and Louie) and Beck Bennett (Launchpad). I only know them from watching Saturday Night Live.
