Fan of 8 years looking for a place to lurk that's better than reddit.

Hello, I mostly write tmnt fanfiction. But I do like to lurk on discussion topics so I figured I should make an account. The TMNT Reddit is kind of slow, this place seems a bit more active.

I became a fan at age 15 when I watched the pilot of the 2012 cartoon on TV. I turned 16 a few days later but I felt like I grew up with the turtles through HS and college. I then went back and watched the 2003 cartoon, the bayverse movies, the 90's movies, the 2007 cgi film, and Batman vs. Tmnt. I am half way through the IDW comics and reading The Last Ronin.

I don't collect action figures or anything (maybe in the future). I buy merch when it's available, like DVDs and clothing.

Favorite version is 2012 but it sits kind of evenly with 2003. I didn't hate rottmnt but I have never had the urge to watch an episode more than once.

I am pro-ship and pro-tcest. I couldn't find any rules against that here but I don't plan to talk about it anyways, that's what AO3 is for.
