There's something really tragic about an ignorant guy getting hurt because he didn't know better......He mutated himself cause he wanted to be cool and instantly regretted it. it's just so dark and sad.

Thanks for providing these previews, just enough not to overspoil, and cool to see a photo of Kevin while voicing the kitty. Anybody who's a fan of Hello Kitty should watch this episode, and it does show that Mikey is the recurring troublemaker of this series, and while it may startle some kids, I just view it as somewhat hilarious rather than scary, though with a bit of sadness for those who like ice cream and cute cats. I'll have to say not many creators of popular brands have voiced a single character in any animated production. But I'm looking forward to see how ICK will turn out, since TMNT still doesn't have a definitive cat mutant: You have Scratch for the G1 toyline/third Game Boy game, Old Hob for IDW, and April as a Cat in the OT. ICK will likely belong in that same breathen.

Ick is just a pet rather than a character. It's not a new mutant ally or enemy.

Oh I have no doubts that we will. I agree, this show boasts a great crew of writers. Looking forward to whatever else is in store this season and beyond.

Knowing them, pretty dark. I like dark though, and I have faith that they'll do a good job with the stories. I'm still eagerly awaiting the Leo one shot where he gets attacked by the Foot.

I doubt it would ever get much "darker" than something like "The Gauntlet," but that's perfectly reasonable in a show like this, for who it's for.

I hope they do more with the 80s turtles, like the idea some one had of all the turtles from every series crossing over like that, would be pretty cool |

No, Leo had a lot of episodes in the 80's series. I think he had less screen time in Fast Forward than in the 80's series if you're talking about episodes devoted to him.

Man, I really hope that you are talking specifically about the fast foward season, cuz if you are talking about the 2003 turtles in general, you couldn't be more wrong. The thing that I and almost everyone complain about 2003 series is the fact that the show could easily be called Leonardo and the turtles, in the fourth season got even worse. Seriously, reached a point where I found myself only waiting to see Leo showing himself as the Batman.

The way I see it, Tigerclaw may be their own take on the character.

Gabriel, I did say Fast Forward and not the rest of 2K3. Yeah, I agree that it could have been called the Leo show, but hey, I wasn't going to complain since I'm a Leo fan. Whereas Fast Forward was pretty much the Mikey, Don, and Cody show, with Leo and Raph and Splinter in it. So, yeah, that's how I see it.

Also, back to the thread at hand, why is it that Kevin Eastman seems to get all of the glory with the TMNT compared to Peter Laird? |
