Hmm... interesting point.

Although I've been around plenty of taxidermied animals and they decidedly do not smell. The marbles for eyes are a bit unsettling, but... eh.

I'm more concerned with her "plans" for after I'm stuffed and stitched. Although it could just be her Long Game plan to finally have a chance to beat me at wrestling games. But somehow I suspect her motives are more sinister.

Can vouch for taxidermy animals not smelling. Grandmother had a bunch of small wild animals; not her handiwork, but used as props for her painting classes she taught.

Although the first thing I ever bought on eBay long, long ago was a long-horned steer skull, and it legit always smelled like beef jerky up close. So...
