If it makes you feel better Cubed, the nick game will probably suck just as bad.

though I do prefer how Nick Turtles look :3 these don't look that bad
(just keeping a positive attitude for the game) :3

I saw that trailer with the 16+ rating, but every other official trailer I see is RP.
Is this game shooting for an M rating?

If you saw a 16+ rating that has to be a mistake... I can't see this shooting for that rating, it limits the audience too much. Personally I'd love it but I doubt that's correct. But then, vg ratings work differently in some countries than here in the USA.

After how bad the Turtles in Time remake was, which was based on a good game, I don't know what to think about this one given the lackluster developer attached to the project.
Well to it's credit remaking an old ass game is hard and almost never works out when you're changing it completely. They rebuilt it from the ground up and we had expectations. Sadly licensing is mostly what ruined that game.

Not to defend this POS because it does look like a crap ass cash in but still. Honestly it looks like they took the fight engine from TMNT and just mapped this new look onto it. The graphics are about the same quality. I know it's a DLC game but ugh.

Agreed, it shocks me that people are desperate to play it. Its almost as if people have forgotten the lackluster quality of the last few TMNT games, despite being made by Ubisoft. TMNT: Time Attack, the Turtles in time Remake, and the movie licensed games were all terrible. Smash-Up was only decent at best.

It actually makes more sense to me.

If they were all bad games, made by the same company, and now we're getting a new company to make one, wouldn't it be natural for people to look forward to what the new company is going to do?

Kinda like the Spiderman movies, in a way.

And I think Reshelled was a lot of fun. A tad simplistic, but fun anyway.
Arcade Attack and TMNT (Wii, which was the one I played) were dreadful.

But Ubisoft did makes several good ones as well:
-Smash Up (though false advertising kinda blew it all)
-TMNT (Gameboy Advance version)
-Reshelled (because although it doesn't live up to the SNES version, it's still good, though could've used some new features to make it less repetitive)

Almost the same ammount of good vs bad ratio that Konami had, except the games that Konami made good were actually AWESOME, not just good.

-

Still looking forward to it.

What's good about Smash-Up?

it's the worst of the Ubisoft games, terrible roster, rehash of the movie design, madly animated motion comic cut scenes and worst of all the horrible controls.

Played it mandatory through with Leo once, then I played Brawl to have fun and never touched Smash-Up again.

I had to pull the cartridge before I would believe it. But sure enough, TMNT GBA, the best TMNT game since Turtles in Time, was, in fact, by Ubisoft.

Bob Saget.

I guess I have to give them credit...

Why does it shock you that people want to play this? Because Ubisoft only came out with one good Turtles game (TMNT'07 on GBA) that means that Activision's TMNT games are already bad? I suppose that logic is sound if you think that Subway sandwiches are bad because the McDonald's down your street has dirty bathrooms.
