Can someone please tell me if there is any new material in the ‘pre-game’ one shot issue? Or is it straight reprints of the last 2 annuals?

The solicitation only specifies the two annuals as being included and the listed artists are the same as the annuals.

From the looks of it, it's just reprints.

In case you might have confused it for something else, the latest Annual is not a reprint but rather a brand new story by Juni Ba and may take place after anything going on currently. And yesterday there was a solicitation for a FCBD issue that seems to be entirely original but the listed release date might be an error, my comic book shop didn't have it and FCBD isn't until May first.

Alright, so while this was marketed as a one-shot issue that reprints two annuals, it's more like a trade consisting on two annuals, a FCBD issue and issue #84. I'm guessing the Annuals were the ones promoted because they're the only ones excluded from reprints so far. In related news, I've decided to put the trades of Sophie's run and the Jennika minis in a box so this and the eventual Armageddon game trades can take their place, that way I can just skip over those issues upon re-reads while still satisfying my completionist itch.

I also decided to try out Krita's patch tool for the first time since switching from Photoshop and this issue provided the perfect image to try it with, I bet you can't even tell what I edited.

That one is probably going to consist of Tales #4, Adventures #11 and IDW #36. Though from my understanding, only the Splinter one included an Adventures reprint so far, so maybe IDW #71/72 instead?
