No comparison, although I do think both of those covers I kinda gross.

Anyways, my Xbox is broken, and I have enough money for a PS2 Greatest Hits game. Any ideas as to what I should get?

And I can also see where you're coming from with the action RPG fighting format. It can be weird at times, but I'm more used to it because I'm a fan of the Star Ocean series. And wasn't Legend of Mana like that, too? I forget.
Secret of Mana > Legend of Mana /me nods

Anywho, been a while since I've updated on games I've bought... and there've been a few. Mostly DS. So, I'm gonna be lazy, and just type out the list.

Mario 64
Feel the Magic
Wario Ware
Yoshi Touch & Go
Pac-Pix
Polarium
Kirby: Canvas Curse
Nanostray
Nintendogs: Daschound and Friends version.

No GCN lovin, and there's still a few DS titles I need (Meteos and Advance Wars: Dual Strike come to mind.... but I have to save for November >_> ).

Oh, and I bought an NES. My lightgun doesn't work on my TV though. Grr.

But Startropics owns my soul. I want a new one ;_;.

I hate you...
As for the PS2 game, I can't think of anything you'd like. You better save that money for Shadow of the Colossus. It's the new game from the people who made ICO and it's bound to rock.

That's a great game, Ai. More h4dk0|23 then Nintendogs . I was impressed with it... the visuals are smooth.

Stopped at Goodwill today. Nabbed quite a few NES games.
SMB3 - $3.99
TMNT 1 - $3.99
Zelda 2 - $9.99
Kid Icarus - $3.99
Gumshoe - $3.99

And I picked up 2 NES controlers, a new Zapper, and an official Nintendo power adapter for $15 (along with my new leather trench coat for my Gambit costume. wh00t).

I bought Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life for GC. It's not an amazing game, but it's well worth the 15 Euro's I payed for it (It was on sale - For the record, new releases are 60 Euro's).

Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy. Man, is this game genius. It's so cleverly thought out and addictive too.

Shaolin Monks is like fan service galore. That's what makes it so badass. The co-op kicks equal amounts of ass.

I also picked up We Love Katamari and Devil May Cry 1,2 and 3, which are all sitting on top of my TV and have yet to be opened.

It's even better than I thought it would be. The co-op mode is excellent and reminds me of the two player modes in great sidescrolling beat-em-up games from the 16-bit era such as Streets of Rage. It also has classic MK characters, settings, moves, and sound effects that long time fans of the series like myself can appreciate. Plus, with all the unlockables and other secrets, there is tons of replay value.

I suppose I should also post this in the thread for MK Shaolin Monks, but that would be a little repetitive.
