[WTB] Who is going to SDCC 2018?

Wanted to start a separate thread to see how many Dromers are planning on going to SDCC 2018?

Pretty obvious, but my aim is to fish for anyone planning to pick up the 4-piece NECA movie set.

Maybe this thread could be used to the benefit of those going who plan to pick up 1 set, and those who can’t go (me) who would also like a set.

Let’s see, all who are going please let us know here…

I'm not going, but as someone who has been multiple times, I'd just like to add that it's not always as easy as getting in line and buying the figures. Sometimes the lines are long, or the quantities are limited and sell out before you have a chance to get the item. And then, of course, there's the matter of walking around all day with the item. So when soliciting others to pick things up at SDCC, please keep in mind that the whole process can be a little chaotic/stressful, and usually requires a lot of extra effort on the person's behalf.

I fully appreciate this.

I was just curious. You never know there may be someone who could help someone else (not necessarily me) out.

If someone was to hook me up I would of course make the troubles worth their while, I wouldn't expect it to be done out of the goodness of someone's heart. On top of that I'd obviously have to cover shipping etc.

Guess I'll wait and see if there are any other responses to this.

I used to try to grab things for others when I went, but it was with mixed success. Best of luck--I hope somebody can help you out!

For the record, I paid a premium for every set I acquired for people here or on Facebook that live overseas. I didn't get any sets using my own account during the three days that NECA had these up for pre-sale.
