I got my Classic Collection Turtles yesterday, and Im worried that they might be bootlegs as each turtles I had to use an art knife to loosen up the shoulder joints so they could move. Here are the pics:

Hey SavageSloth my classics were the same way. I bought them at toys r us. All the other joints were pliable except the shoulder. I also had to take a knife and carefully make the joint move. I think it was from the paint process. I wouldn't worry about it. They are more than likely real.

Took my mom to the flea market today, haven't been there in 2 years. I picked up loose 2003 Foot Soldier, Ace Duck complete, Robotic Rocksteady, and King Lionheart complete. I never owned these guys, and Ace Duck I needed his wings and cap. Got a good deal for them too.

The MOC Quarry I got off of eBay arrived today.
But I'm actually more interested in what I've been finding within my own collection. After 3 months, 171 bins and 1,812 items I have finally finished going through all of my packaged toys. (Well, I still have 5 GB of photos to process and update on tmnttoys.com) Today I came across half of a set of MIB Super-Poseable Plush Turtles from 2003 that I bought on clearance so that I would have a loose version. And then I never opened them. Last edited by tmntman; 05-31-2014 at 10:49 PM. |

Lots of new figures in the mail:
The bootlegs I orderd from China: The third turtles keeps losing his head Other figures from an ebay shop in China (free shipping!): My new favorites: prototypes! Interesting though is that the Splinter prototype has a different expression than the one from the store:

I got an Ace Duck Hat Off with pop up display in the mail today. Im happy to have it because it seems like this is the toughest pop up to find. It had a price sticker that came off nice and easy.

I just very recently started collecting TMNT again. My goal is to get all the 2003 line basic figures MOC. This has to be one of my favorite hauls.
