Sorry if I was a bit dickish with that...it's just the constant negativity from the fans is getting boring to read. Some are just forgetting what made PR special to them. It was always hokey and badly acted, but half the charm was the cheese and the innovation. I know Samurai and Megaforce havent been up to snuff, that there are better kids shows on right now, and thaty I didnt like Samurai either, but Megaforce really wasnt bad last year and with this premiere episode I think steadily Saban are finding their feet again, but the fans, most of whom are spoiled on Sentai and other shows that cater to their aging tastes, are just determined to forecast doom and gloom reports about the franchise much like they did with the Kalish era.
At this rate, they'll have spent more years hating PR than enjoying it...and frankly, I just find it pathetic.

No problem.
It hasn't aired in the US yet either. It starts this Saturday. If you go to the link I provided a few posts back, then you can get an early view on nick.com. |

I don't really care much for MMPR, sure I grew up on it as a kid...but that is all there is to it - it's not really all that impressive and is only good for a Nostalgic ride. I mean, really Power Rangers prime was In Space - SPD, though RPM is the best to me As for acting. it's never really been a huge deal to me...but when a season such as these past couple of years the ADR has been awful, so it really sticks out to me. Seriously, New Saban needs to learn "Less talk, more action"... also a good story and good writing and decent ADR can easily make the most urging acting bearable...I mean, if Arthur can have good writing, why can't Power Rangers? As for hype...It was nothing special, they were just suits they were using ... It doesn't mean the same without the actual characters, otherwise they are just empty shells

Jason David Frank just recently posted a picture of himself with the elusive CM Punk on his facebook page. The work continues.

Hell, Linkara actually enjoyed Samurai and I've a feeling when his HOPR series gets around to that, then a lot of the more fickle fans will just change their minds over it just because he says it's worth something. We'll see. I'll tell you one thing though, I'd rather watch "interesting failiures" like Megaforce over Sentai any day of the week, as entertaining as Shinkenger, Gokaiger and Kyrouger have been for me, at least in small doses, I haven't enjoyed most of what comes out of Sentai on a consistent basis in an age. That's an awesome poster, probably the best one they've done since they started churning them out

You know, just preference to practical imagery

I'm just saying, I'd rather a movie poster of the actual robo-cop rather than a movie poster of a painted robo-cop
