Though I'll grant... if Mirage/Laird is done with it and closes up the publishing side of Mirage and closes the book on Mirage TMNT once and for all... it'd be worth a shot at this point.

Though I'm not sure anyone believing Joe Quesada or Dan Didio is beating down Mirage's door for the rights to do TMNT comics resides on the planet Earth.

Mind you, Wildstorm might do something good with it. Probably last about as long as the Image run, but it'd be interesting nonetheless. I really liked both Ninja Scroll and am really looking forward to their X-Files book... Their Thundercats rocked mad balls too!
