What Should I Have Signed by Eastman?

I plan on going to Durham, NC on FCBD, May 6th to see Kevin Eastman a second time. Last time I got my copy of IDW's first issue with Michelangelo. The only trade I have is the four Turtles one shots. What could I get to have signed? Looking for opinions while I have two weeks to figure it out.

When I met him last year I had a JetPack RE #1 and a copy of TMNT #50 signed, but at the time I didn't own any Mirage books. If I did I would have had him sign #17 or #11 maybe.

I would get a NECA movie Raphael signed first. As far as comics go I would have him sign one of the early Mirage books (1-11).

I always go with #1's, his solo issues, & otherwise important specials.

I just picked up the Eastman variant of IDW's TMNT#50 off of Ebay for just $4. What do you all think of having that signed?

Do you only have IDW items? I could always sell you a Laird signed Mirage book and then you can have Eastman sign it too... lol.

I own the seven issues of Tales of TMNT and a print of the first 21 volume one issues of TMNT. As far as IDW is concerned, I absolutely love it and find Mirage hard to get into especially after The Shredder's final defeat.

Out of curiosity what do you have of Laird signed?

last time i saw Kevin Eastman i brought a bag of Tmnt Comics and Graphic Novels and paid the donation to have him sign them.

if you have the Deluxe HC 'Change is Constant', that'd be a good one!
also the HC collecting all of his IDW covers is a good choice.

I'm gonna be there, too. I figured I'd just pick my favorite IDW cover of his. The only Mirage stuff I have is ultimate collection volumes.

The Ultimate Collections make great items to get signed... plenty of space for lots of signatures!

It may be the most appropriate choice. I'm gonna go through my IDW covers, though. I generally opt for the Eastman covers when I pick up my comics on time.

What do you guys think? I got Eastman variant of IDW's TMNT #50 for $4. It arrived today in the mail. This is what I will get Kevin Eastman to sign this time. Thanks to all of you for the suggestions.

You get a choice? I take where is in my box. Sometimes its standard. Some times its the Eastman variant. I don't have a consistent A or B cover set. I couldn't tell you which ones are the Eastman variants in my complete set through #68. I do have two copies of #1 and now #50 which were repurchased for the expressed reason of having Kevin sign his own variant of a notable issue.

I hope to see you there. I plan on going as close to opening as I can. I will be in this shirt if it helps point me out. I hope its better than the Heroes Con was in 2014. It took 4 hours and 5 minutes to meet him that one day appearance he made.

Nice shirt! Yeah, sorry we couldn't make a deal. I'm still looking...

Some shops, like my old one and my current one, I just told then I want all the covers they can get... took a little while for the old shop and the new shop is smaller and sometimes misses the RI covers even when he orders enough books, but I really can't afford to drain my savings just for multiple copies of the same book over and over for different covers.

Chrisdude, I did some digging and found the link below state a person has to purchase a pre-sale ticket. Do you read it like we have to go there before next Saturday to buy said ticket? $25 is okay, but I want to know if I can buy it when I get there. I will call after it opens tomorrow morning and let you know what I find out. It says obe can pay over the phone, but it doesn't say which method of payment.

You do have to purchase the ticket from the store. I was able to do credit card over the phone, and then swing by to pick up my ticket later. But that was Wednesday. They did tell me there were a total of 200 tickets. Hopefully you won't have an issue.

I take what's in my bag unless I get there early enough that new issues are still out. There's no regularity in which day of the week I make it to the comic shop.
