Decent episode today. Liked seeing the Mole in action, but...they seemed to know what The Hood's address was because of the Uranium theif's contacts, and instead of intercepting and apprehending him, they...send him chicken wings.

I'm presuming the reason they did'nt do that would be because then the Defense Force would have asked questions about the thief and imprisoned her. Scott was trying to cover for her by not telling the Defense Force how he had met her upon recommending she join with them

There's been a very strong line of episodes the past few weeks. A semi-two parter involving a rouge A.I interface meddling with John and Thunderbird 5, Alan and Kayo bonding a bit more, and "Tunnels of Time" this week introduced a potential relationship building between Gordon and Penelope.

Check out all the episodes here

There's now an officially sanctioned Kickstarter campaign going to fund a full on classic Supermarionation-style Thunderbirds project. Behold Thunderbirds 1965

Did anyone catch the new episode yesterday?

I liked that Brains was encouraged to act on gut instinct by Grandma, and that Kayo again got to do a lot on the mission, but she again tries to go it alone and hangs up on Alan rather than maintain radio contact. It works out for her because of who the saboteur is, but it feels like a contrived way to still keep the boys in the dark about her secret.

Virgil trolling Gordon with the showers was great. "You'll just have to smell like hard work". Glad they're keeping up the Gordon/Penelope teasing, and they're doing a bit of that with Alan and Kayo too.

So the first season comes to an end this weekend and I'm hearing news on the second season currently in production.

Spoiler:
The long presumed dead Jeff Tracy will be returning and will have his own Thunderbird vehicle, an episode also involves Hoover Dam breaking apart, and International Rescue visit Atlantis

The show has also been picked up for a third season

Sylvia Anderson has died

At least she got to make one final appearance in the new series as Penelope's aunt.

Watched last weeks episode Grandma Tourismo and it was an awesome.

Grandma Tracey is called Sally and she taught her son Jeff to fly. Loved that she was involved in the rescue and even saved Virgil.
It's confirmed Virgil is older than John, which I have always guessed. So it does look like oldest to youngest is Scott, Virgil, John, Gordon and then Alan.

Today's episode was good, great to see John out of Thunderbird 5 and help with the rescue. John will also be on Earth in the next episode.

Yeah, as a date for Penelope, while Gordon and Alan have to look after TB5.

And yeah, yesterday's episode was great...man Fred was an ass with that rule book.

Home on the Range and Long Haul were great episodes.

Inferno was aired in Australia and it's already up on Amazon UK here. I have a feeling this episode won't be aired on TV yet because of the Grenfell Tower fire tragedy.

I watched Inferno on Amazon, it was a good episode.

Did'nt really like the finale. Did'nt answer any questions about The Mechanic, retconned all of his actions as being influenced by The Hood and made him a victim, and the pass-the-parcel gag got old quick. Thank goodness The Hood took back his street cred at the end when it was revealed he'd been playing IR the whole time.

I know only a couple of people here watch this show but this is pretty big news.

Season 3 returns on the 18th

and Lee Majors to voice Jeff Tracy

It's from a video on Digital Spy, which is pretty hard to get to but I recorded it on my phone.

Although probably only four episodes, since episode 13 would be the mid-season finale and they don't usually air episodes during July or August.
