Yeah, but if you think about it, it's only a good deal because of how rare the Gen figure is-- I found one at the store and only paid $6.00 for it. The Big Foot toy isn't "rare" by any standard, but some of them are still going for outlandish prices-- like the one that sold for $56 last week.
Let me know if you guys consider any of these to be "steals": Sandstorm Pizza Tossin' Raph Gold Shogun Mike Deluxe Turtleflauge Mike (Bought this lot just for the loose incomplete Turtleflauge Mike) Halfcourt Mutating Ooze--European Variant with turtle inside Apollo 11 Donatello Apollo 11 Leonardo

This is a pretty good steal story.
I originally was outbid on this item for 110 bucks. That bidder flaked on the guy and I got the second chance. I decided not to do it, he relisted the item, and I ended up winning the auction for 44.95 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN:IT&ih=002 |

I just snagged a lot of 3 rare Aprils, Sandstorm, Mona Lisa, Toon Irma and a few others MOC for 70 bucks. With the extras in the lot I can sell and make back the money i spent on the lot easily. There is a MOC unpunched Slash, etc.
Not neccessarily a steal, but I'm almost done with my vintage collection!!!! All I have left now is the 5 remaining Toon figures (Burne, Vernon, Zak, Kala, and Dask), Jim Lee's TMNT, and a couple of the 1980s figs left and I will be done!!! BWAHAHAHAHA!!!!! I will focus on the TMNT dvds. No pics on the ebay win, pics of my collection are up in teh collection pics thread.
I don't have that many vintage figures, because I decided not to get all the silly turtle variants. I just get the main TMNT and the supporting characters. The only TMNT variants that I have are Movie Star and Toon Turtles. |

Picked up the rarest Slash of them all on ebay. Purple belt and bright yellow belly. I got it for $20, which isn't so bad considering the last few I bid on went to the $40 and $50 range.
Happy days.

The import and shipping fees are going to add up a bit on this, but the buying price was right, so I couldn't pass:
800¥ (about $7.26)

Ha, I got mine at for 10 bucks six months ago just because the guy selling it gave it an odd name on ebay but you definitely had a better steal than me.

I know Fugitoid isn't some super rare figure but c'mon...for this price and free shipping, I had to put it under this category. It was almost like buying it at retail price. Plus, I don't know how much of a profit this seller could have made, so I actually may have committed larceny w/ebay as my partner in crime.

I don't know what the deal with Fugitoid is, but I had an unpunched MOC that I was trying to get rid of and I couldn't give the damn thing away. I think it only sold after I bundled it together with some other crap, and for damn cheap still. That was just earlier this year.
