eBay is always on the buyer's side. I've been scammed a handful of times and luckily I have received a refund for every single one. Sadly it takes a bit to receive the refund, but it does eventually come.

I'm sorry the seller was a flake.

It’s also an eBay thing. I got one off of there. Now I got everything I wanted from NECA this year without even having to go to SDCC.

Yeah. I've started the process. EBay gives them three days to respond either with shipping info or refund. After that eBay fraud/buyer protection steps in.

All things considered pretty good track record since I've been an eBay member since 2001 with not a single issue till now.

Hoping the seller gets scared straight into doing the right thing now that they know I'm not ****ing around. I kept it professional though. No name calling or threats. I want eBay on my side.

I think you are using the belt wrong personally. You have to tie it like I tied my old military boots. Start the reverse like its going to tie in the back then wrap it twice. Then knot it like a Karate belt...

In fact tie it exactly like a Karate belt and it looks and feels perfect. This is a much better analogy that my old military boots lol. The way the tied it in the box was terrible-ill give you that.

The tote is huge. Just under 25 inches square shape. Probably use it as a wall decor plaque.

No, I was fortunate enough to get the figure set from the Neca online store and got the bag separately off of eBay.

My guess is that we Get a rafael and casey two pack to round off the 90 movie.
Then a new round off turtles In soto style Along with shredder, foot and posseble splinter if he did have a diffrent robe In the second(i dont rember its a long time since i did see soto)then tokka and rahzar and posseble a supershredder.most likely AS a con exclusive.

Got my set yesterday, I like it a lot (especially when I managed to avoid a lot of import tax, yay). Minor gripe is that the set should have come with a second pair of gripping hands, but I make do. I also have to loosen up all of the Foot's lover knee articulation as it's struck on them, but some heat/cold will fix that.

Splinter is pretty awesome, very articulated but the bendy tail barely works, so that's unfortunate, neither does it work to keep his balance all that well.

This, just tie the belt properly like a martial arts obi and it's fine.
