Come to think of it, whatever happened to that news that the Turtles were supposed to gain Mystic powers in an episode, similar to Season 5 of the 4kids series? Did that happen already or not?

Really? Weird, I guess Rise is going to be a lot different than a regular Turtle show. Especially if they have mystic powers like the Ninja Tribunbal season for a whole series.

They cant have mytic powers for whole series unless they are aliens or some humans magicians who were mutated into turtles. But i will be an utrom again that why i will have super powers and strength like in the 2003 series. If these turtles were some humans who were working on black magic or were was some of these guys who are doing magic tricks on circus and then got mutated into turltes that will explain why they will have magic/mystic powers the whole series. But i also have some foot ninjas with mystic powers too so the turtles will never beat me!

It's a flashback, part of Usagi's backstory is that his lord was killed in battle, so Usagi had to remove the head and carry it out of the battle to prevent his lord from getting shamed in death.

I don't think it'll be that gruesome in the show but that's what happened.

Technically speaking, there was no music from that show in the episode, it sounded really close but it wasn't.

I'm really hoping it will have the technodrome music that plays while Shredder and Krang are arguing/planning something in the technodrome (or Atleast a recreation of it).

For a 20 minute episode, Transdimensional turtles managed to fit a surprisingly high number of recreations of the 80s soundtrack. I remember hearing:
1. The main battle team that plays throughout the 80s series when there's a fight.
2. Music that plays when the turtles are just discussing among each other/planning something. An example would be at the beginning of "Hot Rodding Teenagers from Dimension X". This music plays when the 2k12 turtles are in the 2D word at the beginning after the theme song.
3. The villains music, when the villains are typically on the surface carrying out a scheme behind the the turtles backs. Plays when the turtle teams go from the technodrome into the 80s dimension and are followed by Krang/Kraang subprime.
4. More background music of when the turtles are talking, which played in the beginning scene where 87 raph is saying he will put a few cracks in his imposters shell. Plays at the beginning of Turtle Tracks in the 80s series.
