I like these designs better than the 2020 ones where they just slapped a drawing onto the car. Much more creative! Also... Is Nick getting ready to revitalize the Rugrats?

Those were the same TMNT Hot Wheels Character Cars from last year. Only, this time around, no Raph, Don, or Shredder. The Hot Wheels Monster Trucks series is better. There was even a Krang monster truck!

There was, at least, one Walmart exclusive TMNT series school bus (Surfin’ School Bus) that used the 1989 promotional image for the syndicated series on the front of the card. The Party Wagon Surfin’ School Bus was my favorite out of all of the Walmart exclusives for that reason alone. I’m with you on the actual cars from the 2020 TMNT series of Hot Wheels cars.

There was talk of a Rugrats revamp and live-action movie last year, but COVID-19 may have preempted it. Keep your eyes peeled for news of the revival and live-action movie. We should hear something sometime soon.
