Help finding Jim Lawsen Poster

Back in 2004 +/- Mirage had a booth at the Emerald City Comic Con and Jim Lawsen was there signing a special TMNT poster that we picked up.

This last January our house burned down and we lost everything... including the poster.

I have been looking everywhere to try and replace it and can't find it. Would love any help anyone can give to point me in the right direction
