In this clip from Assasins Creed Revelations (2011), he voices the man in the black robes and sounds similar to 80s Splinter.

If he reprises his role, it would be great but I would not be dissapointed if he can't do it due to its age, its perfectly understandable.
Al Mualim is FW Splinter? First FW Raph is Jak now this? This is so awesome

Tigerclaw

Tiger Claw may be gone as a character on screen, but he deserves mentions and flashbacks to possibly complete his character arc (for e.g. Alopex mentioning she has made peace with him or Karai mentioning he has lend the rest of the foot clan over to her).
Maybe he can also appear just once more and continue that scene. When Nickelodeon said Tigerclaw wouldn't appear anymore, they probably mean the main-storyline set in the Nickverse.

This looks like the story for the Usagi arc.

Noriyuki? Is that the prince they're referring to? And why is Jei "leading" the Neko Ninja? Pretty sure his thing was to wander aimlessly with the intent of murdering anyone he deemed evil (which are nearly everyone). And of course it refers to Miyamoto Usagi as Usagi Yojimbo...

I really, really hope this blurb is inaccurate...

So, it seems it's the turtles who'll visit Miyamoto Usagi's Earth.

It is possible that's just Playmates mistake (though that's not very assuring). What really has me worried is the implied depiction of Jei, a evil sorcerer leading and holding hostage? Really? Does that sound anything like Jei?

The turtles are ninjas, and don't need to go samuarai. Just an excuse to sell more action figures.

They do know his real name. If you remember, his comic is called Usagi Yojimbo but that isn't his actual name. Didn't the FW cartoon call him Usagi Yojimbo, too? No one complained about that.

Usagi is a Samuarai, The turtles are still ninjas they are only dressed as samuarai's and it's only for this arc.

The Turtles are going to Usagi's world so they probably have to to follow there culture/customs.

Usagi's world probably think Ninja's are bad or never heard of a ninja, so that could be why the turtles are dressed in samurai gear.

He's from pre-1868 Japan on an alternate Earth where bipedal animals are the dominate species.

Well I don't know where you got the pre-1868 Japan alternate Earth from, there was no mention of that from this new Usagi arc.

They've only said that the turtles go to Usagi's world, nothing else.

I thought of the original series where he was in two episodes.

I'm going by the new Nicktoon Usagi story not past Usagi stories.

Obviously the Nicktoon version will be different to the 80s and 2k3 version.
