I just beat Resident Evil Revelations on Infernal mode... that final boss fight was a total bitch. Anyway, after having lost a lot of my progress in Resident Evil 4, I've finally decided to get back at it and am currently on the last chapter.

What did you think of RE6, Turo? I played it co-op with Cure and ended up not disliking it as much as I thought I would.

Haha, did the massive update fix anything for you? I'd say it's nowhere near as bad as some critics made it out to be. It definitely has some annoying issues like the camera being taken out of your control at the worst possible moments and instant deaths in poorly done segments but overall, I say it's a fun co-op game. Could have used some serious polishing though.

After finishing all 3 Castlevnaia games for DS, I've been playing TLOZ: Phantom Hourglass. I like it very much so far and I think the whole DS gimmick is used very well in puzzle solving. The salvaging minigame isn't terribly fun but otherwise I have little to nothing to complain about.

Anyways, playing South Park and it's pretty OK. It's entirely about the license, which isn't a surprise, but it's a neat little game. It's a below average RPG, but the presentation and insanity of it all makes it easier to play. Has some polish issues, as all Obsidian games do, but I think it's good. |

Saw my buddy play some of that last night at our friend's crib. I like it.
Right now, I just started playing the reboot of Tomb Raider. I'm diggin' it so far.

Beat South Park tonight and thought it was pretty great. It has some polish and balance issues, but they really go for the insanity throughout. I beat it in around 12 hours, which I honestly feel was a perfect length. There are a tooon of half-baked ideas that go absolutely nowhere, which is kind of sad because you can tell there was supposed to be way more to the game than what ended up being there. As it stands I think if the game continued in the same manner for longer than it did it would have become incredibly grating.
I'm also kinda pissed that they lock multiple achievements behind things you couldn't possibly know about until it's too late. As an example, I got 118 friends, 2 away from the final amount, but two of those friends are completely unobtainable at a certain point. I really dislike when games, especially longer ones, do that. |

Damn, that was a short game. Beat Tomb Raider in less than 3 days. It was good for what it was, though.

I didn't find it very short. It's actually super long for that type of game. Most of them you can polish off in one or two play sessions. I also only played it in one or two hour chunks and spent a bunch of time looking around for collectibles, so that might have something to do with it.

Man, how did you not absolutely love the length of Tomb Raider after the awful pacing of GTA V!? That game was 3/4 filler.

Been playing some Rock Band 3.
Oh how I would have killed for a Led Zeppelin Rock Band game.
