There was supposed to be one episode that had Donetello and Raphael team up, and people say it was one of the better team ups and they wish there were more Donny and Raph pairings. Which episode was that?

That was Nightmares Recycled, and my list contains the entire series, every episode aired and every episode listed at Official Site.

Yup, I was going to ask if 110 was "Nightmares Recycled".

I would put "36- Ultimate Ninja" as a Leonardo one.

And are you using the Wikipedia order? They have "The Lesson" and "The Christmas Aliens" inverted- hence my confusion at first.

Never use wikipedia as a source, anyone can go into the site and re-edit the information.

Did "Ultimate Ninja" air before or after "Reflection"?

In the DVD, "Ultimate Ninja" comes AFTER "Reflection".

And one of my professors today forbad us from using Wikipedia as a reference.

How have the characterizations ended up since the aftermath of Fast Forward. I've lost interest in watching the cartoon since Fast Forward, and whenever the story arc concerns aliens and space travel.

How has the new series after Fast Forward arc have been doing? Is it better, or has the toon officially gone down a path it won't be able to recuperate itself from?

In this series, a lot of characters got in a sick episode at least once.

Leo got beat up by Shredder and was on the brink of death.

Donny turned into a monster.

Raph didn't really get a sick episode for some reason.

Mikey got infected by the Sho'konabo Gene Seed.

April also turned into a monster.

Stockman was decaying after he got his body back (why that happened I don't know)

So, why is Raph always the odd one out on this matter.

The only two that didn't other than Raph was Shredder (for a good reason) and Karai.

I don't think Insane in the Membrane or Hun on the Run should be considered Turtle-centric episodes at all; they're Stockman and Hun-focused episodes. The Turtles are just bit players in them. Bishop's Gambit also largely revolves around Bishop's work engineering a faux alien invasion, but it does feature the Turtles more heavily.

Wish we'd gotten more villain-centric episodes, I'd have loved more episodes focused on Hun, Stockman, and Bishop. Though I enjoyed Hun and Stockman's uneasy partnership in season three when both of them were on Shredder's ****-list.
