Tinder logo and Foot logo similar

I just thought I would be randam in saying this but Everytime I see the Tinder logo and Foot logo in the 4kids series I feel like Tinder ripped off the foot logo lol

Peter Laird mentioned on his blog that the guys from Tinder contacted him about how the foot recruited people and based their app but instead of getting guys to join an underground ninja clan they used the idea to hook people up. To respect the roots they decided to make the logo similar.

It's supposed to be red, and it kind of looks like the Foot symbol except more circular with an indent on the center flame. It's also really really really funny how Tinder is based off of the ****ING FOOT CLAN

Well, the 2003 cartoon wasn't big as the OT or even the current series in the first place. Yeah, you could still blame Nickelodeon for barely acknowledging it, totally, but in the end the series is over, which could contribute to part of why this section is struggling. Isn't that why the general discussion section is where all the OT and TNM stuff goes? Because without new content, there's less to talk about.

I'd also argue that the few bad DVD releases and Nicktoons marathons (heck, there was even a point where it appeared to be part of the regular scheduling with an hour long block on Saturdays) are better than nothing. Nick still ain't entirely off the hook, but it's still better than nothing (like from what, 2009 to 2014 Nick never/even more rarely than now acknowledged this series?) I guess.

The show has been over for what... 7 years now? And it was never as big as the Fred Wolf series was or as the Nick series is. Not to mention you can discuss more than FW in the General TMNT Discussion sub-forum.

...so yeah, this show is kinda lost in the shuffle.

I wonder how memorable the Nick show will be years after it's over. It certainly wont' be as memorable as the FW series is, which is still talked about to this day, but it most likely will be more well remembered than the 4Kids series is.

It really is a pity that the 4Kids series is still virtually unknown to large parts of the general audience to this day. It was fairly popular back in the day and you saw TMNT toys in every toy store or section, but many people had no idea there was a TMNT cartoon on at the time and many these days are surprised when they hear there was a TMNT cartoon that aired between 2002 and 2009. Remember the 2007 animated film? It was pretty much a blip in the radar. I remember some people talking about it... but forgot about it the next day. That or they didn't know that there was an animated series going on at the time. I till remember some people bitching about "no Bebop, Rocksteady or Krang in a TMNT movie yet!"
