I've been checking on this daily (I really want it to happen) and I don't think there has been a 24 hour period where it didn't increase by 2%. Even without the typical surge at the end, if it continues at the same rate we'll be right. I'm confident (and excited).

I haven't kept a close eye on it but it's only moved 1% in like four days, hasn't it?

Still, I do expect that final-48 rush to put it over the top. I'm still undecided on whether or not I care to have a $60 alternate paint job Splinter.

If this makes funding it will barely get past 3000... which means this figure will have a tremendously small print run and will be really valuable over time. People should back this!

Who cares about exclusivity, if you dnt like it dont buy it. I backed it because it would be a dope solo piece to have on a desk.

The point is that those who want one will have a hard time getting it if they don't back this, not that its sole merit is the low run.

Well if it fails hopefully NECA will find some other way to release the figure.

I think Loot crate was a bad investment for NECA. That fad had its time in the sun and people realized they don't like getting boxes full of random stuff that just ends up in a storage box or drawer somewhere when they only wanted 1 thing from the box.

The surprise items are almost never things you would actually buy if you saw it on the shelf.

Exactly. That's why I haven't backed this dang thing. I'd be very surprised if anything other than the figure is worth anything to me. And the figure is just a (cool) repaint. I don't see the $60 value.
