TMNT toys in Sonic Wack Pack Meals

Sonic Drive-thrus are going to have TMNT toys this month. Seems they have 12 different items you can get. They look pretty neat to me except for the, what looks like, paper weapons. But it is a kids meal toy so you know.

And there's a really ****** Fallout Shelter game too...

Huh, actual 'lil action figures with accessories.

I thought restaurant's toys these days had to have some sort of gimmick and couldn't be straight up figures.

Guess not.

It's weird that Sonic doesn't really advertise thier kids meal prizes like McDonalds. Actually they seem to be the only ones that do, mostly.

Once by pure luck and chance when going to a Jack in the Box a long time ago and they had Sonic the hedgehog toys. I got 2 different ones. Had no idea cause I never saw TV commercials for them.

Do other places just not care as much as McDonalds?

The Sonic crossover has already begun! IDW you're so fast!

lol

There's only one Sonic in my town that I know of and they refused me service when I walked up to it so these are probably out of my reach.

I saw these on Sunday . And remarked about wanting the little Kraang figure (because I need some kind of little Utrom in my life that isn't a handsewn plush!), but I probably won't get it.

For a Sonic kids meal toy, these things are huge. I wasn't looking forward to the paper weapons but they really aren't all that bad. Still have a few more to go.

Damn, those are big boys. If anyone gets their hand on a spare Kraang, holla.

Also, Wack Pack?! Where's Howard Stern's legal team?

The turtles faces kinda look like the 2k3 turtles, with nick features.

I said the same when my kid got Donnie. Totally 4Kids face with the Nick tooth gap.

If anyone gets a spare set of these I'd pick them up for a reasonable price.

I heard Sonic will sell them for a buck a piece, but I don't know if that's actually true or not. It probably varies by location.

I just don't wanna pay $40 for a set from ebay and I dont' have any in my area. I think the closest is over an hour drive for me.

I would like a complete set, but I wouldn't fuss over just a set of the figures or even a set of just the turtles.

Does Sonic sell these without the meal like McD's? McD sells for $1 and change.

I have a sonic about ten miles from me so if they are selling these without the meal I'll pick up a set for you next time I go. Oh and a krang for powder.

Wow, I'm surprised this is even happening so late in the life of the current series, but very glad to see. And nice looking stuff.

Am I the only one that, after looking at the Turtle figures, can't un-see the Foot and Krang as Turtles disguised as them...? lol

Shame the nearest Sonic is out of state. Not ridiculously so, but not a thing I could do most days.

Anyone know how long Sonic tends to have the new stuff? McDonald's seems to change it in a heartbeat now. Will these at least be around long enough I might be able to get over there? Or... maybe watching eBay will just be a better option.

Seems true. It's been a long time since I saw a kid's meal ad for Burger King even. Being one of the biggest competitors I'm surprised they stopped. Weird

Cute! Nick better keep this, it better not end when the promotion does.

edit: But sadly very buggy for me. First had a couple of pipes stick to the screen, off of the board, and couldn't get rid of them. Gone after a refresh, but so were a couple that should have been on the board. But then Leo's room also disappeared. Sent him to his room hoping it might trigger it to come back... he now disappeared. Refreshed, and Raph's room is gone along with him and Mikey vanished from wherever he was. Only Donnie is there now. If it works right for you, it's cute. (edit more: Reopened it and Raph and room are back, but Mikey's and him are now gone; Leo and his still. Mission button gone... >.>)
