Katrina Relief

Hurricane Katrina was the worst natural disaster in US history; hundreds of thousands of people have lost their homes in the Gulf Coast, many of those now stranded there are some of the poorest people in the region who were unable to evacuate. The expense of the damages done, the basic food, shelter and medical supplies that will be necessary is simply staggering. The American Red Cross is doing lots of major work in the wake of the hurricane and could absolutely use some donations:

An important tip from tOkKa at
-- From our good friend ,Xipe..
..Humans aren't the only hurricane victims, here are some good animal welfare groups getting involved that could use donations..":
I know it might be hard to find some cash at hand, but even small donations can help. Thanks for your time.
Okay, now some TMNT news...

The Turtles will be touring the US in September, October and November, making in-store apperances for stage shows, meet n' greets and photo ops. Information on dates and locations can be found on the official site here. (Also check out come pictures from the TMNT's UK Woolsworth tour!)

Also, 4kids has selected a company called Mirror Image to provide many of their popular shows (including the TMNT) on streaming video online (press release). All streaming contnet is available on
4kids' website.
Fil rules. If Fil takes your 5 bucks then you should be eternally grateful that Fil would even borrow your money. Fil.

My company is donating a good amount in the name of all the bus drivers here.

One of my fellow Raph fans is missing. I don't know if she's dead or alive. She was 90mi E of Biloxi I believe.

Yeah, this is truly a disaster. We need all the help we can get. My family has given money to the refugees and aid effort. I encourage others to do the same.
I AM FOR ACTUAL! . . . and the White Savior.
