What would be your ideal cast for the TMNT reboot?

Sorry if there is already an article asking this, I looked and didn't see one. I was just wondering who you would have cast. From what I see there are some big names but I can't really agree with anyone of them besides Will Arnett, because he fits the role and look of Vernon So well! So I ask who would be your ideal cast for the main characters?
P.s I meant who not what, I typed to fast.
