I'm starting to think Sachs/Sacks is OT style Stockman, what with creating turtles and armour...

Although watching the BTS special it does seem like Fichtner was supposed to be Shredder and they've done a re-edit, who can say...

I agree. I think he WAS going to be Shredder but thanks to internet backlash/screenings they had to rethink that whole idea

I wish they would have used Baxter from the get-go, instead of Shredder. Him & his mousers make for a great threat. Show hints of Shredder throughout, to show he is funding this operation of terror, have the turtles put 2 & 2 together eventually leading to a fight where they lose but force Shredder into seclusion at which point he links up with Krang. Just take the first season of the OT, subtract the Neutrinos, bada bing. 3 film series right there.

This special was actually better than I thought it would be. The Snow Chase scene was longer than I was expecting a new scene from the movie to be so I was pretty happy with that. I thought Megan Fox and Will Arnett did fine hosting it considering it was for a audience made up of mostly Nickelodeon kids. I loved hearing "Cowabunga!" and to see three TMNT commercials in a row was very cool to me! I did notice that they spelled Eric Sacks differently instead of Sachs. I wonder why? And there was an oriental sounding voice in one part where they were showing The Shredder so.....that's interesting.

i HIGHLY doubt they went and changed the whole movie just because "some fans were a little upset" maybe this was the plan the whole time and just didnt wanna ruin the movie and give it away from the beginning but since everyone online wants to whine and whine i bet they showed everyone he isnt shredder so people would chill the F out
