*Sigh* I'll add it to the list of the ever-growing "remaking Disney Classics" list.
Anyone wanna bet they'll incorporate some romance bulls*it between Merlin and Madam Mim in their early years only for it to end in betrayal and Mim wanting revenge on Merlin. Oh wait that already happened in Maleficent. And it was boring and contrived there. Ugh... |

Ok this is getting annoying, whats next a live action Lion King movie.
Come on Disney, do a Live action Gargoyles movie instead.

To be honest, now this is getting ridiculous, next thing you know there's a live action Fantasia. How can you do a Sword in the Stone live action film when it clearly has magical elements that might have CGI? It's a film unrequired as much as the Genie film. |

Live action Fantasia? Once Upon A Time has some elements of Fantasia (the hat being a major plot point) and they ARE making a movie based on Night on Bald Mountain....

Is Once Upon A Time good though? Either way, my point is there isn't a reason to remake the classics unless you have a reason to. So, I'm pretty mixed all things considered. |

Wow, they're really going overboard with this stuff. And didn't they already make a live action Jungle Book film? I remember I hated it.

There has been at least two live action jungle book movies, maybe more. I wouldn't mind seeing a new one though if it was done well.
It is not like we haven't seen movies based on the legend of king Arthur before, maybe it will be a good one this time. |

I for one hope they include a few more elements of the book.
As they should, if they ever do a Black Cauldron remake. Man, what that movie was to the Prydain Chronicles was what Shaymalan's Last Airbender was to Avatar: The Last Airbender.
