The Big Brawl Resumes - September 11th

I figured this was big enough news, that it needed to be posted so that everyone could see it. According to an E-Mail exchange that Drome member 'Anarchistguy' had with Dan Berger from the Official TMNT Website, the series is on hiatus until fall. Repeats will air until the unofficial 'Season 3' starts this September.

Part 2 of 'The Big Brawl' will air on on Saturday, September 11th. It still remains a Season 2 episode, but is likely being rolled into Season 3 as they felt that the cliffhanger ending of 'The Big Brawl' pt 1 worked better then what was planned for the final episode of the arc. Pt. 3 and Pt. 4 will air on Sept. 18th, and 25th.

And after that, the official Season 3 will likely begin. In my honest opinion, it's a real shame that they didn't just break after 'Rogue in the House' pt. 2. I can understand the need to end on a cliffhanger, I just wish that they had used the End of Season 2 Cliffhanger. Instead of stopping midway into a multi-part storyarc.

[Thanks to Anarchistguy and Dan Berger for the News]

Well... at least we know for sure, now... Though I wish it were different.

Oh well. It'll be an early birthday present for me, at least!

According to Dan Berger and the official website, yep. This is all subject to change of course. But currently that's the plan. It's the same thing they did last year. Except they broke a lot earlier in the run of episodes, right after Shredder Strikes Back pt. 2. But that was June 14th, due to starting later.

The Shredder Strikes Back, Part 2 June 14, 2003

Sleep in?! No way! There's STILL some TMNT eps that I missed, AND missed taping. I'll take what I can get at this point.

EDIT: September...11TH?! You guys DO realize what this date IS, don't you? I mean, BESIDES the air-date (I'm still reserving judgement on this) for Part 2?

I hate having to wait that long for the new episodes. I hope Fox re-airs the shows that lead up to it so as to refresh our memories.

What I hate most about this is the fact that I have to wait that long to see more Usagi.

True. I can't wait to see Usagi in the new toon. Do you think he'll have a better voice? Unless you think his voice in the old toon was fine.

D'oh!
I missed it to be honest with you. Was his voice similar or different?
