Amazon.com has all the nickelodeon sets but from the classics only has the kraang set.
(by searching sold by Amazon) can someone please let me know when the individual turtles and the 2 villain packs are available

"Heavy" metal shell isn't accurate at all. The shell is 90% plastic with a thin metal coating on the outside. It's not really heavy at all.

The standing issue is because the classics have tiny feet, whereas the Nick figures have bulkier feet.

The Nick figures have much larger shells, so even if you could swap them (and it doesn't look like you could) it's going to look awkward and have the same problem. It will be heavy enough to pull the figure backwards, as much, if not more than the metal shell does.

I like the Krang's android body set, I think the only things I didn't like about it was how hard it was to squeeze the bricks together or take them apart if you messed up. Also the elbows could be better.

Let's hope so, the Nick sets are beginning to show up on other European websites now.

Somehow I doubt these will be sold in regular toy stores like Bart Smit and Intertoys over here.

Newton Gimmick pretty much summed things up about the issues with the classic series turtles, however, I do still feel that the shell could play a role in the stability problem. I could be wrong though but I'll have to take them apart and see the weight differences between the classics and nick turtles. The feet and legs def contribute! I've attached a pic to show the size difference too for ya!

Sorry for the double post guys but I have some new codes to share and I saw Krang's Rampage at Walmart tonight in Cranberry Twp, PA. First time I've seen him there, as you could gather from my previous post. The Target down here was the only place that had the blind bags too. TRU didn't have any TMNT Mega Bloks at all, which was strange. There wasn't even a place for them.

All codes are for Target.
