I just logged on to post about his death. Reports suggest he has bern in and out of the hospitial with heart complications.
Perhaps best known for Smokey and The Bandit and The Longest Yard I wonder how many remember him for Norm MacDonald's portrayal on SNL.

Much beloved Hollywood legend & star on Hollywood Walk of Fame with half a century of filmography from Navajo Joe, to Gunsmoke, to Hawk, to The Longest Yard, to Smokey & The Bandit, to The Cannonball Run, to Malone, to All Dogs Go To Heaven, list goes on...now reunited with a number of his friends & fellow legends, Dom DeLuise, Johnny Carson, Jerry Reed, Charles Nelson Reilly, Dinah Shore, & Tammy Wynette. Thanks for the years of entertainment & take care in heaven, Burt Reynolds.
