Anyone Know Who Owns the Streaming Rights to the Original Cartoon?

So I do own the original cartoon in its entirety on DVD. But with streaming shows appearing to be the way of the future, does anyone have any idea who owns the streaming rights to the original cartoon? I know that at the moment the show does not appear to be available to purchase digitally, and as far as I know the show isn't available through any streaming service (Hulu, Netflix, etc) to watch for free with a subscription. Plus. I'm about 99% sure that Nickelodeon doesn't have the rights to the show. Otherwise they would definitely be airing the show on their Pluto TMNT channel. One would think that whoever does own the rights would take advantage.
