That CGI Movie

Above is the latest poster for the 2007 CGI TMNT movie. It features the same image we already saw before in some other preview pictures... the little note on the bottom makes me think this may not be the exact one to show up in theatre doorways though.

With this also comes the news that Ubisoft will be producing a video game based on the CGI movie to accompany its release in 2007! No other details have been given yet.

Exactly what I was thinking -- I wonder how many people noticed the words at the bottom of the poster; obviously, it's to get the attention of potential investors in the movie.

Anyways, I also believe that both of the subjects were discovered long, long ago, and you will find here some engaging discussions on both the game and the poster.

But your passion to share your findings is appreciated. By me, anyways. But next time, look first!

Looking forward to this new movie, hopefully the 3-d effects will make the fights having that "WOW!" factor! I'm still not keen on the head shape which is so wider in lower half of the head than the top. Or maybe because i'm so used to the heads they have in the cartoons.

Heheh... "Raising Shell".. I like that.

But if 4Kids ends up with it alone, the only thing they'll be raising is alot of "shell" with the major fans like you and I and we'll just end up with another crappy movie.
And then it'll be "What would you want more? CGI movie or roll of toilet paper?".
They've already ruined the Pokemon TV series... although I hear that Pokemon USA now has it. Whether or not that will matter.... *grumbles*... is the question.

I don't know how anybody could be unhappy with how the turtles look in the poster. If you have forgotten, open issue number one or one of the many reprints and look at the style. If this movie is supposed to return to the comic roots it only makes sense that the style does as well. I have full faith that this is the movie that the comic fans have been waiting for.
