I can't help at all, sorry. But I did want to chime in and say that this is an awesome idea that will definitely get my support. I loved the Image series, despite it being non-canon and would be extremely excited about a conclusion - especially if Frank and Gary are involved.

Hi everyone,
I know I'm new here and everything, but I think it's awesome that you guys are planning to do this. I don't know much about Volume 3 (I don't think it ever got published here in Spain, not really sure tho), but I'd be glad to help if anything is needed. I work as an illustrator and comics author here (nothing big really, but I'm surviving at least), so I could colaborate somehow. I'm sorry I can't compromise too much because I'm constantly dealing with deadlines (i'm gonna be swamped in work until January at least), but I could help with some sketches or storytelling or stuff like that, if you want me to do it (I can easily adapt my style to others'). Anyway I think Powder can do a great job there, I haven't seen much, but it looks cool so far, so Powder, if you need some help of any kind just tell me. I posted a couple pics on the Fan Works thread, and I have a lot more stuff posted on my blog. Good luck with the project Andrew. |

Frank Fosco is now aboard doing the two covers. He actually has a backup, "The Watchers of pyrite Gorge," every issue in "The Savage Dragon." It started in SD #145 and is still going.

So let me ask, who exactly is writing the script, the dialogue, etc?
Gary is going to give you the general ideas of what he would have done had the series continued, and you're going to use those ideas to hammer out two issues out of it? |

Do I want to see a fan-fiction ending for Volume 3? Not particularly.
Do I want to see an accurate adaptation of Gary's ideas as would fit into two issues? Yes. If this can be more the latter, then I'm totally looking foward to it. I don't have the artistic chops to help though. |

I'm not sure what kind of help I could be with this project, but yeah, I would like to see it so long as it maintains the feel and integrity of the Image series. You know, so long as it doesn't turn out like that webcomic continuation of the Old Toon where everyone was getting naked and killing each other.
But I don't think that's gonna happen and the fact that Carlson's onboard is really cool. We may not get Forever War. We may not get the rest of Vol. 4. We may not get the end of Gang Wars. We may not get the rest of Change of Power. But I *would* like to get this. |

OMG I can't beleive my own suggestion for Frank Fosco has come through. AndrewNDB your doing a great job with this idea. Would the covers be in color? What are you calling these issues by title? 'Cause I thought the Nicko buyout might hamper any chance of using the TMNT title or something (or if you say unofficial). I'd wish I could try and draw this, but it seems like you you may have the guy. Honestly I'd have to look at this series again to get into the flow. I can't find all my old drawings to email to you. Even if I drew this, I don't think I can do any of this formatting stuff. I only have a scanner. I may still try to email you some drawings though.
