Has anyone seen the movie figure box for sale yet? Does anyone else think Shredder should have a black face and white eyes?

The Target exclusive Movie Star Collection is not available anywhere yet. The box set was revealed last December, so I fear we might not see anything until the second quarter (April, May, and June) or third quarter (July, August, and September) of this year.

A Super Shredder with an all black mask and white eyes would be neat. I’m curious to see what will differentiate this version of Super Shredder from the original late 1991 figure.

I still have to explain to 30+ year olds why the Turtles have red bandanas in stuff, even ones that were into the cartoon(s) heavily as kids.

Again, cool boxes. They keep leaving the edge of the turtles plastron unpainted though.

The question I have now is, will the Movie Star Collection be out before both of those box sets or after?

The villain set looks great. Is that the first time they have reissued Baxter since the original line?I know the rest were rereleased back around 2009 or so.

Hero set

Of course it’s the same 6 figures. Again. Sigh.

The last Baxter reissue was made in 1994. Krang and the Foot Soldier were re-released in 2014 for the same TRU Classic Collection Retro set Bebop and Rocksteady repros were used for the Toys R Us exclusive Classic Collection Retro set in 2015. A Slash reissue was sold at Toys R Us Express and ROSS stores in 2009 and 2010 into 2011.
