Received my donatello today.

Positive = The arms are tighter.

negatives = his bo staff holder dropped straight off out of the box and his right knee joint is super floppy, his stiff left leg is holding him up.

At the moment I much prefer the yellow on my leo, will be interesting to see how the others turn out.

After reading everyone's replies about quality control and all the issues they have it's an easy pass. Which is very unfortunate because if these were higher quality I would grab a set.

Also I'm not sure if it's intentional but the red bandana on my Donnie is a darker shade of red than the leo red bandana when posed next to him.

Got my Donatello yesterday and really happy with him.

Panicked a bit when I first opened him as it looked like there was some green paint on his nose but it rubbed right off so all good.

The only QC nitpick I'd have is that the seam on his regular (purple bandana) face is really noticeable, far more so than Leo's ever was (I wouldn't have noticed Leo's if people hadn't raised it as an issue online). His comic face is fine, you can hardly tell there's a seam.

But that's it. Head definitely pops on and off easier, bo staff went into his hands much easier than Leo's katana ever did, seam on the comic face is better, so all round a definite improvement (and I say this as someone who loves Leo and didn't really have an issues there).

Bring on Mikey and Raph! Let's get this team finished

Mondo said recently late July/early August for Mike, and Raph to follow a month later.

I too got the email. I'm still digging these guys even with their commonly mentioned flaws. They look sweet posed and of course the Mirage look makes me like them maybe more than I should haha

I really want to like these since they are mirage era. It's just hard when you hear of all the flaws. I'll wait to pick up Donnie until I get back home in October and see the Leo I got off amazon.

Mikey is so much better than the first 2. Zero issues with him for me. Mondo is getting in their rhythm now it seems.

At this point, I dont even get excited when I see these shipping notifications. Just more disappointment for the money...sigh

QC Issues
Internal Orange box corner smashed. External box fine.
More rattling parts in box
Paint issues on the following parts:
Orange head-paint issue on eyes
Nunchucks- silver paint on both nunchuck handles where the brown wood is
Back of turtle- paint bleed from dark green shell to the brown belt.
Others that I am just too bored to type out...

Positives
Why on earth has no one else ever used flexible rubber for the nunchucks before?!?
Material change for Red head was a GREAT change...when will we get replacement Leo heads? Flexible rubber solved 100% of all fitment issues

Received in Mikey yesterday from Mondo as well. Very happy with him and while the paint has that tacky feel still, it doesn't actually feel like it'll rub off. The head feels much more rubbery and when I switched to the classic red bandanna, it settled on with a nice farting noise of the air being pushed out. The limbs feel a lot less tighter than the previous figures and all in all I'm very happy. At first I was put off by the flexible nunchuku but I'm starting to like them the more and more I look at them. they definitely look less toy and more weapon.
